How we work

Built to order means the order comes first

Panel size, brightness, interface and housing are decided per project. That is the whole business, not an option on top of it.

From brief to built SET

01

The environment

Indoor, behind glass, outdoors, or a shape that has to be cut. This decides brightness, sealing and cooling before any part number exists.

02

The specification

Size, resolution, brightness, interface, housing and PC configuration, agreed in writing. You see the panel spec before we build.

03

The build

Panel, A/D board kit, SMPS, sensors and housing assembled and tested as one unit in our facility in Hwaseong-si.

04

Delivery and mounting

The mounting structure ships on the frame. The customer mount interface is agreed with you rather than assumed.

What 'custom SET' covers

Interface

HDMI as standard across the line; other interfaces are part of the SET conversation.

Housing

Open frame, enclosed, mirror-finish or fully custom, depending on where it goes.

Sensors

Light and temperature sensors are supplied as parts so they can be positioned for the actual installation.

PC configuration

Agreed per customer requirement rather than bundled by default.

About building to order

It depends on the format. Standard line-up sizes are straightforward; a cut-panel format carries tooling considerations we will be explicit about in the quotation.
Often yes — that is a common reason people call us. Send the model you are replacing and the mounting interface.
You do, or your installer. They ship as parts precisely so they can be placed where the site needs them rather than where a factory guessed.
The physics. We will tell you when a brightness target will not survive the environment you have described, before you order it.

Start a specification

Tell us where the display goes and how much light it has to fight. That is the part that decides the panel.
